Evolve Global Solutions ("Evolve", "we") is a staffing company based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you apply for a job, join our talent pool, or send a quiz or exercise, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, country of residence, phone number, portfolio or LinkedIn link, CV, languages and English level, preferred work modes, expected salary range, availability, cover letter, quiz answers, and exercise links. We also note which language version of the site you used.
When you contact us as a company, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights record how the site is used, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
We use candidate information to review your profile, consider you for current and future roles, contact you about opportunities, and send you confirmation emails. We use company information to answer your inquiry and follow up on the work you described. We use website statistics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Your information is available to our recruiting team. When we put you forward for a role, we share the relevant parts of your profile and CV with that client.
We also use service providers that store or process information for us: Google (Drive, Sheets, and Analytics), Mailjet (email), Atlassian Jira (recruiting tasks), and Vercel (website hosting). They may store information outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful for recruiting, and company inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you about opportunities. Email us at info@evolveglobalsolutions.com and we will take care of it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
