GoHighLevel (GHL) Builder
Latin America Contract / Part-Time to StartRemote
The GoHighLevel Builder will turn approved workflow briefs into clean, working systems for Evolve Global Solutions clients by configuring CRM pipelines, automations, campaigns, integrations, and related GHL components, then testing and documenting each build for handoff. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and availability, and while the role will start on a part-time contract basis, there is potential for it to become a permanent position over time.

Responsibilities
- Build GHL pipelines, stages, and custom fields from approved workflow briefs
- Configure automations with triggers, conditions, branching logic, delays, tags, and internal notifications
- Build email and SMS campaigns, funnels, forms, and calendars and connect them to pipelines
- Set up native integrations with services such as Stripe, calendars, webhooks, Zapier, and Make
- Test complete trigger paths and perform quality assurance before handoff
- Maintain concise build logs so others can understand and continue the work
Qualifications
- Demonstrable GoHighLevel build experience, with two to three completed builds available to walk through
- Experience with GHL pipelines, workflow builder, campaign builder, custom fields and values, calendars, and forms
- Solid understanding of CRM logic, including the purpose of stage transitions and triggers
- Experience with Zapier or Make
- Understanding of email deliverability basics, including SPF, DKIM, and sending domains
- Experience building for multiple client accounts in an agency environment
